Ingredients
Red Delicious Apples, sliced thin
Peanut Butter
Chopped Walnuts
Shredded Sweetened Coconut
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Spread 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter on each slice of apple. Top with a teaspoon each of chopped walnuts, shredded coconut and a few chocolate chips. Serve immediately!
